Upcoming Opportunities

Burlington Jr Demons Youth Cheer Team

  • The Community Education Department is excited to offer, for the first time, a competitive cheerleading program for elementary-aged children in the Burlington community. The Junior Demons Cheerleading Team will give children the opportunity to explore cheer, dance, tumbling, and stunting in a structured, supportive environment. The team will begin practicing in July in preparation for competing in three local competitions during the winter months.

The mission is to instill school spirit, build confidence, and introduce elementary athletes to the fundamentals of cheer. This program creates a strong pathway into the high school cheer program while also offering a positive, supportive environment where athletes can grow both athletically and personally.
