Children who will be age 4 by September 1, 2024 may now enroll for full-day and half-day 4K in the Burlington Area School District. Parents and guardians can indicate a preference for a traditional or Montessori setting.

The enrollment process begins by creating an account for the new student in Skyward (link). Families will need to show proof of age (birth certificate) and proof of residency before school begins in the fall. Use this website to look up an address to determine which elementary school is the home's neighborhood school. Families will be assigned a time to attend a 4K screening.

Students living outside of the Burlington Area School District boundaries may open enroll in BASD.  

BASD offers summer enrichment classes for current students in grades 4K-7 from June 9-July 10 at Karcher Middle School.  The classes take place Monday-Thursday from 8:00-11:00 (no school on Fridays). Registration is due May 5, 2025. Information can be found on the Summer School webpage.
